Refund policy

At DartVendor, we aim to provide a transparent, fair, and consistent experience for every customer. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. However, due to the mystery‑based nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the specific condition described below.


2. Eligible Return Reason

Incorrect Dart Weight Selection

If the dart weight you selected at checkout turns out to be unsuitable (e.g., too heavy or too light), you may request a one‑time exchange for a different weight category.

This is the only circumstance under which returns or exchanges are permitted unless the item is damaged or defective.


3. Non‑Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any of the following:

  • Personal preference regarding brand, design, colour, grip, or style

  • Change of mind after opening the package

  • Used items, including darts that have been thrown or removed from original packaging

  • Requests made after 14 days from delivery

  • Unauthorised returns sent without written approval from our team

Because our business model relies on surprise and randomness, we cannot offer returns or refunds based on subjective preferences. Each set is selected at random within your chosen weight category and may have a retail value of up to £150.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at contact@dartvendor.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • The reason for your request

  • The new dart weight you would like (for exchanges)

  • Photographs of any damage or defects (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will confirm whether your return is approved. Do not send any items back without written confirmation, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

If your return is approved:

  • Weight exchanges: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Damaged or defective items: DartVendor will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.

All returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


6. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item is damaged,

  • And a replacement is not available.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable.


7. Replacements for Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 14 days of dispatch, we will investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.


8. European Union – 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14‑day cooling‑off period under EU consumer law. This allows you to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided that:

  • The item is in the same condition as received

  • It is unused, with tags and original packaging

  • You provide a receipt or proof of purchase

This right applies regardless of the mystery‑based nature of the product.
