Shipping policy

1. United Kingdom Shipping

All orders shipped within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Typical delivery timeframe: 3-5 working days from the date your order is placed.

We track every order and retain proof of delivery to ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent claims.

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of placing it, you must notify us so we can investigate with the courier. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement.


2. International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the UK, a flat‑rate shipping fee of £9.99 applies.

We ensure that:

  • All customs declarations are completed accurately

  • Item descriptions are clear

  • Correct tariff (HS) codes are used

However, please note:

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by your country’s customs authority are not included in our shipping fee

  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient

  • Fees vary by country and are outside our control

International delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processing.


3. Regions Not Currently Supported

If we do not currently ship to your location, please contact us at contact@dartvendor.com. We will do our best to source a custom shipping quote or advise on alternative options.


4. Order Tracking

All orders—domestic and international—are shipped with tracking. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


5. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

If your order is delayed, missing, or shows as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Provide your name, order number, and any relevant details

We will investigate with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, a replacement will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
